Communication That Moves People

Many workplace challenges ultimately come down to communication. This course focuses on building the practical communication skills leaders need to create clarity, build trust and support strong team performance. Learners will develop approaches to communicating effectively across different working styles, leading structured one-on-one conversations and giving direction in a way that drives follow-through.

Delivery Format: 

  • Instructor-led Training (In-person or Virtual Live Session): Interactive workshops featuring practical communication exercises, facilitator-led discussions, role-playing activities and real-world workplace scenarios. Participants practice active listening, giving feedback and leading effective conversations in a supportive learning environment.
  • Self-paced Online Course: Four progressive modules (approximately 2.5 hours total) featuring video lessons, interactive knowledge checks, realistic workplace scenarios and a downloadable communication tool. Complete the course at your own pace with 12-month access to all learning materials.
